Quality ingredients

At my utopia we pride ourselves on the quality and purity of our ingredients. It is important to remember that our raw ingredients and aromatherapy quality grade essential oils are natural products that will react to their environment.  Care instructions must be followed thoroughly and all my utopia products should be stored below 25ºc out of direct sunlight. We also advise that in warm and tropical climates, products be kept in the refrigerator. This is due to the essential fatty acids such as evening primrose and rosehip oils contained in our products.

Unfortunately, if care is not taken and the products are exposed to dramatic environmental temperature changes, this may result in their longevity and quality being reduced. 

Replacement policy

Your my utopia order will last up to 12 months if the care instructions above provided by my utopia are followed.  If your order is damaged on arrival, my utopia will be more than happy to arrange a replacement.  We ask that you telephone or email us immediately to advise so that we can replace the order as soon as possible. To assist us in quality control, it is our policy to collect the original order prior to delivery of a replacement. Regretfully, we cannot arrange to resend your order to you if the original order is disposed of as it is our policy to assess the cause of the problem.

Refunds

As each my utopia product is unique, so too, are your special requirements and concerns surrounding your order. For that reason, we ask that you please call 02 9456 7174 to discuss any queries or concerns you may have about your my utopia order sent or received. A number of resolutions are available and are subject to your particular situation.
Note: All refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone are credited back the credit card on which the order was purchased.  Direct debit payments will be transferred back to the bank account the payment came from. A voucher to the same amount paid will be issued for any cash purchases.
